According to Title 24, Chapter 6, Subsection 126, the Virgin Islands Department of Labor (VIDOL) shall monitor resident and non-resident staff that has separated employment by resignation or termination from the beneficiary. This form shall/must be submitted quarterly to provide an accurate account of employees, resident or non-resident that have separated from the employer.
